That about says it all. We've got some great ideas for you and here's how they work:
Make your customer's friends your customers too. Send a "pay it forward" style card along with your deliveries. This offers the recipient of a bouquet of flowers a discount on a bouquet in your shop. You decide the amount of discount and the validity period. Turn your customer's friends into your new customers. Look for "Round promotion cards", "Inspired & Delighted" (you get pink and green), "Bright Idea" (again, two colours), the "Flower Prescription" (take one bouquet as needed), and"Rectangular Promotion cards" on this page.
Also...encourage your customers to get themselves organised and get their important birthdays, anniversaries, etc on file with you so they can prebook (or be reminded to prebook?). Look for the "Organised" tags below.
