Use the loyalty card to build a database of high quality customers.
Next, make your customer's friends your customers too!
Capture your customer's friends by sending a "pay it forward" style card along with your deliveries. This offers the recipient of a bouquet of flowers a discount on a bouquet in your shop. You decide the amount of discount and the validity period. Turn your customer's friends into your new customers.
Next, the Daisy Chain.
When you make a delivery, include a Daisy Chain card too. This gives the recipient of the bouquet a card they can pass on to a friend. The Daisy Chain card offers them a discount on a bouquet too. As before, you decide the terms and validity period.
