We will endeavour to meet any date stated for delivery, however, we will not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred by you arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet an estimated delivery date. This is particularly important in the periods preceding Valentine's and Mother's Day, and therefore for these holidays we suggest ordering early enough to prevent disappointment.

We accept PayPal, cheques or electronic transfer. Cheques should be drawn on a UK account, and made payable to Kelly Tags.

Order Fulfillment

Every effort is made to fulfill all orders, but�occasionally it may�happen that items are sold out or unexpectedly unavailable. We reserve the right to cancel online orders at anytime should this be necessary. We do not charge your account until we have confirmed the items are in stock.

Bespoke Orders

Orders made for bespoke products must be paid 50% in advance. All artwork and any copy must be approved by you, and once gone to print, cannot be changed in any way. Proofs are provided electronically, and Kelly Tags cannot take responsibility for minute differences in colour shades between proofs printed on your home printer and those eventually supplied. Attention is also drawn to the fact that colours seen on a monitor may differ from printed colours. Customers with highly specific colour requirements should seek advice during the planning phase of the job. Bespoke orders cannot be refunded or exchanged, so please check your proofs carefully.

Loyalty Cards

Loyalty cards must be paid for fully in advance. The Loyalty Card sold is�the design�shown in the photograph on the webpage. The details of the florist's shop (name, address, phone number, website etc) and terms of discount offered (ie after ten purchases of �20/�30/ etc a discount of one bouquet with a value of �20/�30 etc)�are tailored individually. The design however is the same. The information supplied to go onto loyalty cards is the responsibility of the supplier. Kelly Tags cannot take responsibility for any misspellings or incorrect phone numbers,� and these details must be checked by the purchaser�at the time of�supply. Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If for some reason you wish to return your items, we will accept goods that are in their unopened and original packaging within 21 days of receipt. You may exchange them or request a refund. We will not reimburse return shipping charges, or carriage costs incurred in the initial purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure you retain proof of posting when returning any items. We cannot make refunds or exchanges on bespoke items.
