-Half folding cards do just that--they fold and pop out, and fit in a transparent envelope so there is still room for a private message inside. Then it's up to you to either punch a hole and tie the card on, or stake it into the bouquet. In packs of 50, unfolded, all one design, and envelopes are provided separately.

-There are Candy Heart designs (four designs total), which tie closed with a ribbon but don't have a transparent envelope. In packs of 48 (because 50 can't be divided by 4!). Twelve of each design.

-There's also a range of simple tie on tags that don't have an envelope or private writing area, but make your Valentine's bouquet special....in packs of 50, all one design.

- And finally, there are the original ovals, which are packed in bulk for Valentine's Day--now in packs of 50, all one design.
